Privacy Policy

This page explains what we do with personal information you share with us. It is written to be readable rather than exhaustive; if anything is unclear, ask us.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form we collect your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, sector and the message you send. We also collect anonymous analytics about how the site is used, if you have accepted analytics cookies.

Why we hold it

To reply to your enquiry, to deliver work you have asked us to do, and to keep proper business records. We do not sell data, and we do not add enquirers to a mailing list without asking.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Client records are retained for as long as we work together and for six years afterwards for accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@fu-media.co.uk and we'll respond within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Let's talk

Got a project, a campaign
or a problem?

Tell us what you're working on. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right people for it — and if we're not, we'll usually know who is.
